        - Partner and fund product co-development at the Institute

We work with USC inventors and other investors to:
        - Investigate the viability of creating a start-up company to commercially launch medical
          innovations developed at the Institute.
        - Assist start-up companies commercializing medical products based on Institute and
          USC intellectual property by providing professional services for developing business plans.

We seek the involvement of entrepreneurs to:
        - Assist us with being involved in the vetting process of medical inventions
          developed at the Institute.
        - Assist with launching and managing start-up companies created to commercialize
          medical innovations developed at the Institute.

We welcome the interest of other not for profit organizations to:
        - Partner and fund product co-development at the Institute
        - License and obtain access to intellectual property developed by the Institute
