Programmer Analyst III
Ms. Hubbard joined AMI-USC in late 2016 as a Programmer Analyst to develop software for applications of spectral imaging in the biomedical field. The work involves image processing, analysis, and visualization of large and unique datasets. Collaborating with a multi-background team of experimentalists, she also participates in the planning and execution of experiments.
Previously, Min worked at Caltech for over ten years, participating in three different space missions. Her contributions included mission planning, data calibration, and quality assessment, designing and creating software applications to help scientists with data analysis and visualization, and data archiving. She participated in all phases of scientific operations.
Prior to Caltech, she taught physics and astronomy courses at Cornell University while contributing to Mars research utilizing data collected by the Hubble Space Telescope and the Mars Exploration Rovers (Spirit and Opportunity).
Ms. Hubbard obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley in 1994 and a Master of Science degree in Physics from Cornell University in 1998.
