Research Lab Technician
Ms. Escamilla began working at AMI-USC in 2018 as a Research Lab Technician. She is currently working on materials development for thermally triggered bio-adhesives.
Nichole’s background is in biological research, as well as teaching. For two years, she taught high school Biology and Chemistry at San Gabriel Mission High School. Nichole also supervised high school students conducting scientific research at the California Institute of Technology Summer Science Academy.
Ms. Escamilla obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of California, Riverside (UCR) in 2015. During her studies at UCR, Nichole researched anti-malarial drug resistance in Plasmodium falciparum (Malaria).
Ms. Escamilla is currently pursuing a Masters in Regulatory Science at the USC School of Pharmacy.
