AMI Pull Model

When evaluating technology for commercialization potential, AMI-USC’s Pull Model considers three broad areas of interest:

The technology is examined with respect to the clinical and commercial potential in order to undergo further development at the Institute.
AMI-USC seeks to develop and manage intangible and tangible assets, often including intellectual property and medical device hardware. In some cases, AMI-USC may own the intellectual property. In other cases, the technology is licensed from another entity.
We seek technologies to develop, de-risk, and demonstrate viability specifically for medical applications which they commercially address.
