- 04-17-07: AMI licensed its Kozy ComfortTM Product to Basic Comfort, Inc., Colorado, number one manufacturer of infant positioners. The AMI Kozy Comfort Product includes an infant positioner and an infant head caliper that assists in the prevention of plagiocephaly in infants and facilitate detection of plagiocephaly.
- 03-07-07: AMI received FDA exemption for the Kozy ComfortTM Infant Head Caliper.
- 11-29-06: AMI received State License as Medical Device Manufacturer.
- 10-26-06: AMI received 510K FDA Clearance for the Kozy ComfortTM Positioner which is indicated for healthy infants 0-12 months to aid in the prevention of skull deformities that may arise from consistent back-sleeping postures namely the condition known as deformational (or positional) plagiocephaly.
